SY550 Working Process:

Bottling - Bottle separation - Bottle inspection - Cylinder positioning - Labeling and embossing - Label inspection - Cylinder reset - Bottle placement - Product delivery.

1. Bottles enter the conveyor from the left side;
2. The bottle separating mechanism slows down the conveying speed of the workpieces so that there is a certain distance between the workpieces to ensure the subsequent labeling time;
3. After detecting the workpiece, the positioning cylinder extends to press the workpiece;
4. After the workpiece is positioned, after a set time, the traction motor rotates to issue the label and simultaneously rotates to re-label the workpiece;
5. After labeling is completed, the positioning cylinder returns and the workpiece leaves the labeling position with the conveyor;
6. The bottle is put into the upper bottle separating mechanism - according to the upper cycle of continuous labeling.

Application:
