Technical Characteristics:
- SBF460-F is suitable for printing on any flat surface of various materials such as circuit boards, glass plates, metal nameplates, PVC/PP/PE/PET square bottles and so on.
- Pneumatic drive reduces running noise.
- The stainless steel printing table can be adjusted in 3 directions to ensure the finest register.
- The printing table also has a vacuum function to hold the substrate for the entire cycle or intermittently.
- There is plenty of room for printing even on very thick materials.
- Squeegee and flood bar can be stopped before or after printing to accommodate different ink properties and different printing results.
- Branded pneumatic parts are used. Precision shafts and bearings are used for the moving parts of the machine to ensure smooth operation.
- Automatic hydraulic equipment is installed to strip the screen from the printing surface to effectively avoid smearing defects.
- Squeegee / platen bar depth, pressure, speed, leveling and stroke can be adjusted to achieve various printing effects.
Application Scope:
Mainly used for single to multi-color repeat screen printing of flat plastic containers for detergents, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, food and decorations.
