Servo-driven bottle UV printer
Servo-driven automatic printers are suitable for plastic products of various shapes (e.g. round, oval, triangular, square and pentagonal). The product range includes plastic bottles, jars, rigid tubes etc. It can print in 360 degrees using UV inks of different colors.
The machine has a modular construction, with each module including digitally controlled servo-driven screen printing and UV curing functions, and linear connections for up to an 8-color integrated production line.
The printing parameters are independently adjustable for each color, the printing functions are digitized, bottles of all shapes can be printed in 360°, and the machine can be easily and quickly commissioned.
The machine can be connected to a hot stamping or labeling module to become a multifunctional printing line with screen printing and hot stamping or labeling; it can also be connected to a visual product inspection module after printing to replace manual inspection.
The bottle feeding conveyor can be directly connected with bottle making equipment or with automatic bottle trimmer to replace manual bottle feeding. After the printing process, the discharge can be connected to the bagging machine to save labor.

Before choosing the right printing equipment, we need to understand what is the difference between screen printing and offset printing?
Screen printing involves making separate screen films of areas of a design that are the same color, then applying the appropriate ink to the screen and squeegee printing onto the product.
Since each color of ink is printed individually, the colors can be represented by Pantone color codes. When you want to change the color of your artwork, as long as the colors on the same sheet of film are changed together (the same color family), there is no need to pay a separate fee for the film.
Offset printing involves printing 4 layers of cyan, magenta, yellow and the key color (black) ink onto a single image. The 4-color printing film is made by analyzing the CMYK color dot distribution designed by software. Since the printing film is made based on the color dot distribution, if you want to change the color, we can only adjust the overall shade. There is no way to change the color of a part individually, and the adjustment of shades will affect the overall color performance.
