Cylindrical/Round Container Multicolor Screen Printing Machine With UV Curing/IR Curing
The machine is suitable for printing round plastic products, such as bottles, cans, rigid tubes and so on.
Developed specifically for round bottles, it is 50% faster to set up and easier to operate than conventional models.
The machine has a modular construction, with each module containing screen printing and UV curing functions, and linear connections for up to 8-color integrated lines.
The machine can be connected to a foil stamping or labeling module to become a multifunctional printing line with screen printing plus foil stamping or labeling; it can also be connected to a visual product inspection module after printing to replace manual inspection.
The infeed conveyor can be directly connected to the bottle making equipment, or connected to the automatic bottle trimmer to replace manual infeed; after printing, the outfeed can be connected to the bagging machine to save labor.
