Fully automated screen printing machine driven by CNC servo motors can print UV inks of different colors on plastic, glass, metal bottles, cans and lids of various shapes (e.g. round, oval, triangular, square, pentagonal, etc.) in 360 degrees.
Bottles are rotated to different workstations in one fixture to complete the functions of feeding, color registration, surface treatment, multi-color printing, UV curing and discharging. High printing precision, small distance from printing pattern to bottle bottom, not easy to damage the product surface.
UV curing can be partially or fully utilized with LED-UV curing systems to save energy.
The screen printing and UV curing station can be eliminated and a hot stamping system can be installed, allowing screen printing and hot stamping to be accomplished at the same time.
The last screen printing and UV curing station is canceled, and a visual inspection system is installed for finished products, separating qualified and non-qualified products after discharging.
The machine is equipped with a remote management function, which allows customers to remotely understand or solve machine malfunctions and technical problems, as long as the network is connected to any place.

What's the steps of screen printing?
1. Surface treatment, currently we use flame treatment, but without PET material. This not only improves ink adhesion, but also cleans the surface of dust and dirt, and eliminates static electricity that can cause ink spidering.
2. Screen printing is a highly specialized process for printing on flat and flexible plastic surfaces. Compatible with all types of plastics, this printing method produces bold, vibrant, robust and metallic colors that make your designs stand out.
3. UV curing or IR curing. This depends on the type of ink you use. Ultimately, UV and infrared curing are two unique applications that are ideal for shorter cure times. They are also both very energy efficient. Infrared ovens do not have special coating requirements like UV ovens. However, infrared ovens may not cure as fast as UV ovens.
