Fully Automatic Bottle UV Screen Printing Machine For Multi-Format Shapes Container

The printer is suitable for round, oval, square and other shapes of plastic products, the product range includes bottles, cans, rigid tubes and so on.
The machine is modular, with each module including flame treatment, screen printing and UV curing, and linear connections for up to an 8-color integrated production line.
The machine can be connected to a foil stamping or labeling module to become a multifunctional printing line with screen printing plus foil stamping or labeling; it can also be connected to a visual product inspection module after printing to replace manual inspection.
The infeed conveyor can be directly connected with bottle making equipment or with automatic bottle trimmer to replace manual infeed; after printing, the outfeed can be connected with bagging machine to save labor.
What is screen printing process?
Screen printing is a process commonly used in high-grade products that places special emphasis on the opacity, clarity and brightness of the printed image. This process uses a rubber squeegee to transfer the printing ink through a screen to the surface of the item. Areas of the screen where the ink should not be transferred are reinforced with a stencil.
