The main advantages of rotary SRS1039-D:

The fully automatic screen printer driven by CNC servo motor can print 360 degree on plastic, glass, metal bottles, jars, caps of various shapes (such as round, oval, triangle, square, pentagon, etc.) with different colors of UV inks.
The bottle is rotated to different workstations in one fixture to complete the functions of feeding, registration, surface treatment, multi-color printing, UV curing and discharging. The printing accuracy is high, the distance from printing pattern to bottom of the bottle is small, and it is not easy to damage the surface of the product.
UV curing can partially or fully use LED-UV curing system to save energy.
It is possible to cancel a screen printing and UV curing station, install a hot stamping system, and realize the simultaneous completion of screen printing and hot stamping functions.
The last screen printing and UV curing station can be cancelled, a visual inspection system for finished products can be installed, and the qualified and unqualified products can be separated after discharging.
The machine is equipped with a remote management function, which can remotely know or solve machine failures and technical problems for customers as long as the network is connected anywhere.

What's the steps of screen printing?
1. Surface treatment, currently we use flame treating, but no need for PET material. This is not only increases the dyne level of adhesion of ink but also cleans the surface of dust and dirt, as well as eliminates static electricity that can cause spider webbint of the ink.
2. Screen Printing, is a highly specialized process used to print on flat and flexible plastic surfaces. This printing method is compatible with various types of plastic and produces bold, bright, firm and metallic colors that make your designs stand out.
3. UV curing or IR curing. It depends on what kind of ink you are using. Ultimately UV and Infrared Curing are two unique applications that are ideal at reducing curing times. They are both also highly energy efficient. Infrared ovens do not have special coating requirements as much as UV ovens do. However, infrared ovens may not cure as rapidly as UV
