Multi-Purpose Semi Automatic Screen Printing Machine For Cylindrical Buckets Max Printing Area Is 900X250mm
Application Scope:
SA1000 is designed for the printing on cylindrical containers. The printing area is very large (Diameter of the container Φ20-Φ300mm). The significant parts of the machine are imported brand name products. The movement of the machine is stable and the coloring is accurate because of the left-right sliding intensified structure designation, squeegee and optional multi-function printing operation ways.

1. The microcomputer controls each function action, with high degree of automation and simple and convenient operation.
2. There are four digit automatic counter and reset function inside.
3. The machine has 9 speed options to meet different printing requirements.
4. It is equipped with the function of filling and pressure regulation of the vessel.
5 the scraper pressure is adjustable, and the scraper parts have fine adjustment functions of X, y, Z and Z-R direction and angle.
6 the worktable and frame parts can realize the X, y, Z and xy-r direction and angle adjustment functions.
